Heather is a Finalist in the Reigate and Banstead Awards

We're thrilled to announce that Heather, our customer service apprentice, has been nominated for Apprentice of the Year at the Reigate and Banstead awards!

Heather has been an asset to our team since she joined us in 2021. She's always eager to learn new things and is always willing to go the extra mile for our customers. She's also a great team player and is always willing to help out her colleagues.

Heather's nomination is a testament to her hard work and dedication. She's a shining example of what it means to be a great apprentice.

We're so proud of her and wish her all the best in the awards!

Heather is a valuable member of our team because she is:

• Customer-focused: Heather is always putting the customer first. She is patient, understanding, and always goes the extra mile to make sure that our customers are happy.
• Hard-working: Heather is always willing to put in the extra effort. She is always looking for ways to improve her skills and knowledge.
• Team player: Heather is a great team player. She is always willing to help out her colleagues and is always supportive.
• Positive: Heather has a positive attitude and is always smiling. She makes our office a fun and positive place to work.

What Heather's nomination means for us

Heather's nomination is a great honor for our company. We have developed various apprentices through the business over the years, with some progressing into Director or Management positions. The development of individuals is core to our business principles and this nomination is another way to show we are committed to developing our apprentices and that we are proud of their achievements.

We are also grateful to Reigate and Banstead Borough Council for hosting these awards. They are a great way to celebrate the achievements of businesses and individuals in our community.

The big awards night is hosted at Reigate Maner on 23rd November 2023, of and the team here at SAFE I.S. looks forward to cheering Heather on during the event.
